Grade 10 Student Wins First Place in Nationwide EDSA Kwarenta Sanaysay Competition

As we commemorate the spirit of the People Power Revolution, we are reminded that “Ang lakas ng bayan ay nasa pagkakaisa at paninindigan para sa katotohanan at kalayaan.” With pride and gratitude, we congratulate our Grade 10 student, CHRISTY BELLE T. GARCES, for winning FIRST PLACE in the nationwide EDSA Kwarenta Sanaysay Writing Competition organized by the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP). Emerging victorious from among participants representing more than 500 Catholic schools across the Philippines, this achievement is truly exceptional. The essay echoes the courage and moral conviction of EDSA and powerfully reminds us that every Filipino’s decision and action, whether ordinary or extraordinary, can shape the nation’s present and future. May this remarkable achievement continue to inspire our young people to be active agents of change in thought, word, and deed.
